Why should you use recycled pallets instead of new ones? Secondhand wooden pallets have been reconstructed and repaired to seamlessly meet industry standards. At Logical & Packaging Logistics, we have a pallet repair program where we recycle used pallets and refurbish them, either to return use their board pieces or to sell as secondhand wooden pallets. By using recycled wood pallets, you can reduce your business’s carbon footprint while saving money since these pallets are typically less expensive than new ones.

AAA

Grade AAA

These are the best of the best used pallets. They typically look nearly new, with minimal signs of wear, including stains, cracks or other damage. They’re great for shipments where an end user may see the pallet while offering a more cost effective option than brand new.

A

Grade A (aka #1)

These are recycled, used pallets that still look great. They may have minimal visible damage or repair, but the integrity of the pallet is not affected. Aesthetically, these are beautiful pallets and they’re budget friendly.

B

Grade B (aka #2)

Just like the grades before them, these are a strong, used pallet option. They differ from A & AAA for they typically have larger visible repairs. These repairs might include an added stringer board for durability, or fully replaced deck boards. They may also have more noticeable weathering. They’re great for companies looking to stay within budget and protect their shipments, without as much care for pallet aesthetics.
